Our mission statement

Career Ready College believes that educators of young children must have a strong foundation in all aspects of Early Childhood Education and Care. (ECEC).  This belief and the values of respect and inclusion are embedded in all Accredited Courses and Professional Development training offered by Career Ready College.

Our aim is that students and education professionals in the ECEC sector continue to develop their knowledge and skills through our accredited training.  We believe that the opportunity of coming together to learn, also creates a space for the sharing of pedagogy, transformative critical reflection and improved social awareness and that this is beneficial for both educators and the children and families that we work with.

Our aim is to ensure that educators working in ECEC have a deep understanding of Human Rights, Children’s Rights and the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.  With Children’s Rights as the basis of all our training, we facilitate students and educators understanding of authentic rights-based, play-based, interest-based, nature-based and emergent curriculums.

Career Ready works in partnership with Rhodes International College (RIC), to deliver high quality vocational training to domestic and international students.
